现在很多编辑器都有去bom功能。
以notepad++为例：
打开utf8编码的php文件，直接在格式中将其转换成无bom的utf8就可以了。

一般情况只要用windows自带的记事本编辑utf8格式的文件就会自动添加bom到文件头。
